Vtubes goal is to be a reputable trusted source for vacuum tubes. As a result,
sellers must follow the following terms and conditions to sell tubes on this site. By listing
tubes in our database, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Only charge actual shipping costs.
- Money back guarantee - If any tube does not live up to its description, the seller
must provide a replacement or a full refund within 10 days of return of tube.
- Maintain accurate inventory - 3 reports of non-stock will result in permanent suspension.
If you do not have the tube(s) any longer, it must be deleted from our database.
- Inventory will be automatically deleted after 30 days unless sellers renew their stock.
- Respond to a buyer within 5 days of the sale
- Ship tube(s) within 5 days of buyer confirmation
- Provide accurate descriptions - For example, if a tube is not in the original box, it cannot be listed
as NOS and a tube that is used and untested must be listed as untested. NOS tubes can be
assumed working.
- Tested tubes results must be from a mutual conductance tester. Emission testing is not acceptable.

Failure to meet these terms and conditions can result in immediate member suspension.
