Retalitory Feedback

Retalitory feedback will not be allowed. RSM will remove feedback that is proven to be retalitory in nature.
Retalitory feedback corrupts and makes a feedback system useless.
User's should report these feedbacks to RSM
Feedback that is retalitory in nature includes:
- Feedback left by member who breached trading rules on the transaction.
- Comments about aggressive response to situation created by the postee.
- Wrongful accusations.
- Derogatory feedback.

Feedback removal

Feedback can be removed or edited by RSM for the following reasons:
- Vulgar language in feedback
- Personal info disclosed in feedback
- Non related to the transaction in question
- Retalitory Feedback (see above)
- Both parties agree to the removal
- Arbitration dispute (see below)

Feedback arbitration
|
If a member decides that wrongful feedback has been given, the member can request an arbitration
by sending your case to RSM. Please include
all documentation to support your claim. Decisions will be reviewed and based on the facts and response from both parties.
Both parties will be invited to participate in the dispute. All judgements made by RSM are final and cannot be
re-negotiated. Be advised, feedback disputes can take time to resolve based on caseload.
